Closed Mould & Infusion
We specialise in advanced closed-mould composite manufacturing. Vacuum infusion, RTM Lite, and in-house silicone bag spraying — backed by 18 years of experience and process technology we’ve built ourselves. Stronger parts, cleaner laminates, and a level of capability most shops simply can’t match.
CAD Design
Every successful build starts with a precise design. We develop detailed CAD drawings, taking your concept — whether it’s a rough sketch or a half-formed idea — and turning it into a clean, accurate, production-ready blueprint. Get the design right upfront and everything downstream gets easier, faster, and more cost effective.
Infusion & RTM
Vacuum infusion, silicone bagging, RTM, and RTM Lite — we’ve been running closed-mould processes for 18 years. In-house built tooling, sprayed silicone bags, and process technology you won’t find anywhere else. Cleaner laminates, faster cycles, better parts

Suncoast Sports Cars — GTZ Kit Car
When Glen at Suncoast Sports Cars Australia & NZ needed someone to handle moulds and full parts production for the GTZ kit car, he called us. We’ve been working closely with his team ever since.
Every body panel is full composite — lightweight, strong, and available in a range of standard colours. The result is a complete car tipping the scales at just 500kg, delivering a power-to-weight ratio that puts a serious grin on your face.
Glen handles the chassis design and delivers a comprehensive kit that ticks every ADR box and puts the GTZ fully on the road — or the track. Perfect for the amateur racer or anyone who wants an exceptional weekend weapon.

Terex AT40 Development
Eight months. Nineteen external parts. Eight internal parts. Every single one designed from scratch.
We worked directly with the Terex design and R&D team to develop the composite bodywork and interior for their latest AT40 Franna crane — a ground-up redesign that’s more refined externally and significantly more comfortable for operators inside the cab. The first one off the production line and it shows.

Boat Repairs
